We recommend the ROLLING for pilots who have already gathered solid experience on an EN A, or EN B glider. We think of an experience of at least 100 flights and hours in various conditions. Manouvres like steep turns, or controlled pitch movement should  be no problem for a ROLLING pilot. It is not necessary to know any acro manouvres (stall, SAT, ...) before flying the ROLLING. The wing is perfect for learning all those manouvres.
